Our second encounter

This time we went to a Chinese restaurant called 峨眉一派 in Chinatown, a 川菜馆.

Just as I imagined, you were like 一把鼻涕一把泪 eating spicy food. Hilarious. 吃辣可以锻炼的，可见平时肯定不吃辣。我已经忘记大家都聊啥了，当然也可能是我从来就没懂过。唯一印象深刻的就是你点名要挑战辣菜 but obviously failed. Whoops.

Your mom gave me a box of Lola's cupcakes, which I appreciated a lot because I needed sugar/energy bombs so much. I had terrible dietary habit, so was, I guess, constantly or at least from time to time, under the condition of malnutrition or hypoglycemia. I didn't eat much so coke had been one of my biggest sugar/energy supply, which was, I know, fairly unhealthy. But comparing to experience hypoglycemia, I'd rather be unhealthy, at least I wouldn't get dizzy and just passed out.

Lola's cupcakes. You said they tasted awful, but they were actually fine. 除了我拍的丑，尝起来还是不错的。

Although it was a lot of desserts to eat at a time for me, since I would easily feel 腻, I guess I had fairly low tolerance towards any form of desserts, I still had them all. Pretty 给面子吧. I won't tell you I was in fact afraid of returning from our travel to witness a bunch of stinky denatured cupcakes.
